Mr. Meringer has been practicing law in state and federal courts in Maryland and other jurisdictions for over twenty years. His practice is largely comprised of products liability litigation matters. In recent years, he has focused on trial and resolution of mass tort claims relating to asbestos, having participated as counsel for defendants in two of the largest consolidated trials in Maryland history. He has served as national, regional and local counsel for his clients.

Mr. Meringer has also defended clients in pharmaceutical litigation and products liability claims involving equipment and machinery.

He has also handled other litigation matters such as commercial lease disputes, professional malpractice actions and a variety of commercial and contract disputes. Mr. Meringer has experience at both the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Meringer was formerly the managing partner of the Baltimore office of McCarter & English, LLP.
